• 9:58 a.m. Officer involved in capture of fugitive asks for inventory help, stating “I’m soaking wet.”
• 9:53 a.m. Felon on the run gives himself up to pursuing officers.
• 9:49 a.m. Fleeing man apparently wanted on $250,000 warrant from California on felony DUI with bodily injury and other charges. Via cellphone, he tells officers he’s tired of running & wants to give up.
