JEERS … to Idaho Republican Party Chairman Norm Semanko. Last week, his party’s central committee met in Boise and debated some of the weirdest stuff imaginable — declaring the courting of foreign investment to Idaho “subversive,” demanding the firing of any university president who resists arming college students with concealed guns or labeling Idaho “the Free-Market State.” So what happened?
