“We love this lake,” said Chuck Gladish as he walked with his dog Gypsy near Cocolalla Lake on Thursday. The Idaho Legislature will likely vote this morning to approve minimum water levels for the lake. Gladish is president of the lake homeowners association, which spearheaded the move.
