Valley Fire open house Saturday

The Spokane Valley Fire Department will have an open house Saturday at Station 3 at 2218 N. Harvard Road. The department is renaming all of its stations and is looking for suggestions on what to name the station. The Liberty Lake Station? Harvard Road Station? Bring your suggestions from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. There will be station tours and refreshments. Mako the arson dog is also expected to be there.
