High Noon: How Do You Sleep?
I’m tired today because I tried to sleep on my back last night. You see, I developed a back ache from my neck to my right shoulder blade that I figure was caused by the way I sleep, on my stomach. Back when, I was a back sleeper. In Portland, I talked to a Macy’s mattress salesman who said that the best way to sleep is on your back, because your spine is in the right position all night. I’ve been trying for the last week to sleep on my back. It has eased the neck-shoulder blade pain. And I’m sure I breathe easier. But that doesn’t mean it has been easier to sleep. How about you?
Question: Do you sleep on your back/front/side?
