Council Splits Again Over McEuen

I’m trying to figure our what happened last night in the Coeur d’Alene City Council meeting re: the “authorization of an agreement for financing of improvements for McEuen Park” with the Lake City Development Corp. A coupla split votes and Councilman Steve Adams bringing up the cost of the Brannon lawsuit from the 2009 City Council election.
