More road construction in Spokane Valley

Several new road construction projects are starting today in Spokane Valley. The streets affected are Fourth Avenue form Dishman-Mica to Farr Roads, Dishman-Mica from 16th Avenue to Schafer Road, and Vista Road from Mission to Nora avenues.
