Police priorities warped

Interesting that our sheriff and police can gather 200 brave and determined officers to raid a half-dozen harmless massage parlors, but cannot manage to keep our downtown safe or our homes or property secure. And our Spokane City Council, rather than question these priorities, chooses instead to criminalize sidewalk sitting.
