Mary Is So Done With CdA Press

In her latest installation of her against-City-Hall-and-for-recall-all-the-time newsletter, Mary Souza is thankful to this week’s Nickel’s Worth for providing space to respond to an Inlander column by former state Sen. Mary Lou Reed, pictured: “Recall Folly: The anti-everything movement will cripple the Lake City if we let it.” Seems the Coeur d’Alene Press has turned Mary down three times for My Turn columns during the recall process. The Press, apparently, didn’t respond to Mary when she said she’d be willing to wait in line behind others on her side who have had their thoughts published. In a P.S. at the end of her newsletter, Mary huffs: “I don’t think we’ll continue our subscription after all this is over.” Mary’s newsletter is posted here.
