Spudbob: Newbies Need ‘Gum’ Control

Spudbob: Wow! Once again we have been inundated with newbie drive-by blogopottomi comments over the weekend. I know we all want to preserve our constitutional rights but Dave, could we possible exercise some “gum” control here? I mean “gum” as in “flapping gums”. Maybe there could be some sort of waiting period between when people first sign up to comment and when they get to start shooting of their mouths. Please?
