McHugh: Johnson Ineligible For Sheriff
Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh says sheriff hopeful Adam Johnson’s probation status on a felony charge makes him ineligible to file a declaration of candidacy. McHugh sent the opinion Wednesday to Kootenai County Clerk Cliff Hayes. Here’s a copy of the opinion / Coeur d’Alene Press Online.
