Gotta admit that the Idaho GOP, which closed our primaries and lives in mortal fear that a “RINO” might get elected to office, did one thing right in its manipulation of the old system. By jettisoning the presidential primary in favor of a caucus system on Super Tuesday, the GOP succeeded in attracting the Big Four to Idaho — three of whom (Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul) actually troubled themselves enough to make stops in the Idaho Panhandle. Paul is visiting Moscow & Sandpoint today in an attempt to win his first state. Now for your first Wild Card of the work week …
