Hart Robo-Calling re: DVD Airing

Apparently, Rep. Phil Hart is doing robo-calls to promote that DVD presentation at Templin’s tonight. Got this from someone on Hart’s robo-call list: “I received a ‘robo call’ on my cell phone last night with a message telling me that Phil Hart was doing a presentation tonight at Templins Resort in Post Falls, to introduce his new DVD, “Constitutional Income.”  I thought you might be interested in sending a reporter.  The doors open at 6:00 p.m. in the Redhead Room (main banquet room) and the presentation begins at 7:00 p.m.” Robo-call?
