… That Bob Foster has decided to file as an Independent in the Kootenai County sheriff’s race. Which means the number of Republicans running for sheriff is now down to three — Ben Wolfinger, Keith Hutcheson and John Green. Foster, who participated in a Coeur Group sheriff’s forum in February, joins two other Independent candidates on the general election ballot: Joe Bodman and Tom Dickson. No Democrat has filed yet. Adam Johnson decided to drop out of the GOPrimary race for sheriff earlier this week.
