High Noon: Rain Or Snow?

On her Facebook wall, Publisher-Janitor Trish Gannon of the River Journal posts: ” Okay, all you rain haters. Just bear in mind that an inch of rain could have been a foot of snow.” I was driving in the rain to the Spokane Airport last night. Got flooded by one passing vehicle to the extent that I couldn’t see for 3 seconds or so. Almost hit another passing vehicle. Scary stuff in the dark & rain.
