According to unofficial sources, Huckleberries hears the following will be no-shows: U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo, U.S. Sen. Jim Risch, Gov. Butch Otter, Lt. Gov. Brad Little, Superintendent of Schools Tom Luna and Donna Jones. Among the questionables are: Attorney General Lawrence Wasden, Secretary of State Ben Ysursa and Treasurer Ron Crain. Huckleberries encountered a top GOP supporter in Ironwood Square/CdA Sunday who said that he wouldn’t attend the on-again-off-again fundraiser this year in protest of the speaker the executive committee of the Kootenai County GOP Central Committee chose after the full Central Committee voted 31-30 against allowing Mack to speak.
