Jump-Starting St. Paddy’s Parade

The Leprechaun in the vehicle to your right wasn’t lucky that he Kootenai County commissioner wannabe Tim Herzog happened by after his vehicle stalled during the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in downtown Coeur d’Alene Saturday. Herzog gave the stranded parade goer a jump before continuing along the route.
