Digger: A Gift Remembered

Digger: I’ve always found Lori Otter to be a very nice lady. When I graduated from high school I was hand delivered, by the then Congressman Otter and Lori, a set of US Congress cufflinks as a gift in honor of my graduation. I still have them - though don’t have a shirt that I can wear them with anymore.
