Spencer Pooh-Poohs Endorsements

Larry Spencer (RE: Deputy Sheriff’s Association endorsements of Vic Holmes & Tim Herzog ): They are backing the two candidates that don’t even have enough money to run a campaign. At the tea party event, each candidate was asked how much they had recived in donations from other people. Tim Herzog had raised $650, and Marc Eberlein had raised over ten times that amount. Vic Holmes had raised $550, and I had raised over forty times that amount. Neither of those candidates have sent out letters or postcards to people asking for an absentee ballot. I wonder why … I think the association leadership is trying to help Todd and Dan keep their seats.

DFO: I can’t wait to see Spencer’s campaign finance statement May 8. I’ll bet there’s a lot of money from lakeshore property owners listed among his assets. Mebbe Frank VanderSloot money, too.
