Loch Ness Monster Gets Evicted

A sculpture resembling the Loch Ness monster rises out of the Chippewa River in Eau Claire, Wis. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources views the sculpture as an illegal obstruction to a navigable waterway and wants it removed. A person claiming to be the creator emailed the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram Thursday and said the sculpture would be removed in the next 10 days.
