FROM PULLMAN — Sometimes, slow days can be a relief. But we’ve had a number of those this spring, so yesterday’s events were a welcome change. Read on for a summation.

The biggest news, of course, was the announcement of WSU’s new radio broadcast format for football games. We blogged about it here , wrote about it in the newspaper and passed along this blog post with thoughts from one of the men involved. … The Cougars also landed another verbal commitment from a rather large offensive line prospect. … Mike Leach took part in an online chat on Redditt, and CougCenter recaps it here . … Leach is in Omaha today for a book signing . … Ryan Leaf might seek to change his plea in a Montana court.
