Megan Rasmussen, daughter of Coeur d’Alene dentist Stan Rasmussen, enjoys making bubbles at twilight Tuesday on her father’s 30-acre horse ranch on the Rathdrum Prairie. Megan is a freshman at Upper Columbia High School in Spangle, Wash.
