Kathy Sims is continuing her lonely vigil in front of the hardware store at 11th & Sherman. Don’t much care either. Looks like a decent spring day out there — and we’re winding down to the GOPrimary, when we’ll see whether the Tea Party takes over the Kootenai County Courthouse. Or the Reagan Republicans, the original ones, fight back the challenge. Either way, it’ll be fun to watch. Now for your Hump Day Wild Card …
