Morse Raises 2X As Much As Hart
Reagan Republican-endorsed Ed Morse has raised more than twice as much money as embattled incumbent state Rep. Phil Hart in their four-way fight for the House District 2 seat in the Republican primary Tuesday. According to campaign finance reports, Morse has raised just under $16,500 to Hart’s $6,739. However, Hart also has listed an outstanding debt of $31,827. Fritz Wiedenhoff, a third candidate, also has raised more than Hart, raising $8748. Former legislator Ron Vieselmeyer has raised $1914.
