Complaint Filed Against Spencer

I’m still trying to get up to speed today re: the elections and the complaint against commissioner candidate Larry Spencer after a three-day weekend. Seems Kellie Palm of Hayden is alleging that more than one $1000 donation to Spencer may have come from the same source, which would be in violation of state law, if true. A dozen or so contributions of $1000 apiece came from a Spokane address, including one from Spokane developer Dennis Swartout. You can read the complaint and support information here and here .
