Gary Decries Erbland ‘Hit Piece’

GOProsecutor wannabe Donald Gary’s campaign is circulating the following email to area attorneys: “By now I’m sure many of you have seen the hit piece authored by Peter Erbland (paid for by McHugh for Prosecutor), a person I have never met, never spoken with, and never worked with, yet he “knows” my qualifications.  I will ignore the misstatements or pure speculation in his letter. I have spoken with many of you and your clients.  All of my examples come from actual court files.  None of the many unverified accounts have been discussed or disclosed. I would encourage you to discretely speak with your colleagues in the criminal defense bar and ask if my accounts are false, misleading or exaggerated.  If this were truly the case, why weren’t there face to face forums in which these misstatement could have been exposed and discussed?” You can read entire email here.
