DOTC: Ban Ballot Precinct Races

Dan of the Community: And so here you have my breaking news. If I am elected, one of the first bills I will propose will be to remove precinct committee elections from the ballot and have the process given entirely to the parties where it belongs. It will also save significant dollars statewide. Who is with me on this one?
