Idaho 1st District Congressman Raul Labrador talks at the Republican Party primary Headquarters held at the Doubletree Riverside Hotel in Boise on Tuesday. Labrador addressed a crowd of about 150 after winning his primary. Labrador, a leader in the drive for Idaho’s closed primary is at odds with Gov. Butch Otter and Secretary of State Ben Ysursa. Otter and Ysursa want Republicans to revisit their support for the closed primary and presidential caucus after a record low turned out for Tuesday’s election. See story below.
