Poll: Hart Was Biggest Loser Tuesday

• Thursday Poll: State Reps. Phil Hart and Bob Nonini ran one-two as biggest losers on the GOPrimary election Tuesday. Hart, of course, actually lost his legislative seat. Nonini poured money into three losing campaigns trying to dethrone incumbents. 84 of 236 respondents (35.59%) picked Hart as the biggest loser; 56 of 236 respondents (23.73%) picked Nonini. Others getting biggest-loser votes were: United Conservatives of North Idaho (38 of 236, 16.1%); Avista (32, 13.56%); and the Bonner County Tea Party (26, 11.02%).
