High Noon: Breakfast

My friends know my idea of breakfast is coffee followed by more coffee. But when I do eat breakfast, I do it right. This here is Sunday’s breakfast at Frank’s Diner in Spokane: Fried green tomatoes with cajun sauce, a scrambled egg, hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy. Delish!
