IPTV human rights documentary wins awards

A documentary film featuring the human rights movement in North Idaho and throughout the state is the recipient of seven major awards from national and regional organizations.

“The Color of Conscience: Human Rights in Idaho” was produced and written by Marcia Franklin, longtime producer and host at Idaho Public Television, and directed by Jay Krajic.

The American Bar Association announced Tuesday that the documentary has been chosen for the Silver Gavel Award for the television category to be awarded in July in Washington, D.C. Full story
