Huckleberries Hears: Phil Hart wins!
Long time Idaho State Representative Phil Hart, of tax protester fame, who lost his bid for re- election in the Republican Primary, won election to the Republican Party office of Legislative District Two Chairman, last night. The vote was 16 to 3. He ran against Kelly Palm.
