A DFO sighting?

Nah. The Phantom Photographer snapped this photo and sent it to HBO headquarters with this note:

“You have way too many cat pictures.  Cats do not eat weeds unless you consider what they do to catnip.  But I have never had a problem with catnip in the yard.  The goats you see her reside on the Rathdrum Prairie.”

Sigh. However, this may be a meeting of the Recall CdA folks. Or perhaps the remnants of Larry Spencer’s campaign staff?
