Amanda Parrish, a Watershed Program Director with The Lands Council, carries water she drew from Coulee Creek to plants her program has planted near the Creek recently at Coulee Creek, just off of Coulee Hite Road in western Spokane County. Parrish and her colleague Joe Cannon, (not pictured) a Restoration Ecologist hand-carry the water from the river to the plants.
