Dick Haugen On The Mend

Judging from his Facebook exchanges with Kerri Thoreson Sunday, popular sports announcer Dick Haugen appears to be on the mend after a heart attack in Yuma, Ariz. NIC Coach Corey Symons apparently drove Dick home after he was released from the hospital. Typical of his good humor, Dick writes re: well wishes he received on Facebook by saying he doesn’t know how to take the “likes” posted under a photo of him in the intensive care unit. In an exchange, Kerri sez: ” Enjoy the sunshine and take it easy Bionic Man.” Responds Dick: “I don’t think I’m Steve Austin. But thanks for the kind words.” Kerri: ” I’ve got four of those stainless steel stents my friend. Life is good!” Dick: ” Maybe you can send me some nutrition ideas .I think I’m going to have to change some things .the doctor said most likely my situation was hereditary .”
