Sho-Con: Washington’s Nullification

Shoshone Conservative: Let’s see how many who criticize attempts to “nullify” Obamacare come out in praise of WA’s and CO’s attempt to nullify Federal drug laws … Anyway, once this goes into effect, and the State gets nice, handy lists of marijuana dealers to tax, let’s see how soon before the feds get a hold of said lists, and engage in mass DEA raids.

Question: Sho-Con has a terrific point. We rip Vito & Co. for their nullification stand on Obamacare. Didn’t Washington just vote, in effect, for nullification of a drug law?
