Control wild dogs

I certainly hope the city can get control of the predatory dog problem on South Perry.

If they don’t, the cat population will shrink, and we’ll lose the cats’ management of the songbird population. We’ll end up with songbirds all over the place, and will be wakened every summer morning with their singing!

Let’s solve this dog problem!
