AM: Learning About Food Safety
Eighth-grader Alex Henderson participated in a “chilling” lab at Woodland Middle School in Coeur d’Alene on Tuesday that stressed the importance of keeping meat out of the danger zone that is 40 degrees to 140 degrees.
