Republican Ed Morse, who unseated controversial Rep. Phil Hart, R-Athol, in a four-way GOPrimary race in May has almost a 2-to-1 campaign chest edge over Democrat Dan English in the House District 2B race. Morse has raised $7446 in the latest reporting period and spent $$5874 for a balance of $3999. He had a cash balance of $2427 after his primary race in which he spent $22,671. Contributors who have given at least $1000 to Morse to date are AGRA-PAC of Pocatello, Idaho Power Co., and Idaho Forest Group ($2000).
