As noted above, we’ll hold our weekly live chat today at 1 p.m. … And as noted in this practice report from Cougfan.com, Leach held some of his offensive players after practice on Tuesday, putting several of them through a rigorous workout in the sand pit before making them throw a bunch more passes. Will be interesting to see how the team responds today when it practices again at 3:30 p.m., its last practice before a two-day break. Something tells me they might come out with a little more pep. … As usual on Wednesdays, we had our weekly Pac-12 notebook, this one taking a look at the Cal-Stanford rivarly being played this weekend.
