We need McMorris Rodgers

It was my pleasure to be a delegate to the Republican National Convention last month, a convention that was filled with high energy and positive spirit. Among other opportunities, I had the honor to hear and watch our very own congresswoman, Cathy McMorris Rodgers, represent Eastern Washington values as host of the entire convention.

I’ve known Cathy for many years, and I know that she represents the true strength of Eastern Washington. She’s a native daughter of our area, having grown up on, and managed, her family’s peach orchard. She totally understands our unique issues. She works for us, the residents of the 5th District, and is committed to her constituents and to listening to their concerns.

I’ve never met a more genuine, honest, caring person, or such a hard-working congressperson, and am so glad that Cathy represents us. You too should be proud of how she’s working to spread down-to-earth Eastern Washington ideas to the other Washington and our national government. That is what we need now more than ever!
