Emergency crews attend to a female who jumped from the 4th floor of the Culmstock Arms in Spokane. Assistant Spokane Fire Chief Brian Schaeffer said it appears the woman barricaded her door and built a fire, then sat on it. Once she was on fire she jumped out the window, he said. Story here .
