Enough is enough for cop

After 11 months, the judge in the Karl Thompson Jr. trial finally made a ruling that Thompson would not get a new trial. The people of Spokane have been charged so far $500,000 and still growing for his defense lawyers. How long is this going to go on? Can someone please tell me when you’re convicted of a crime by a jury how you can sit at home and let the people keep paying for his lawyers?

Enough is enough. Let him set in jail until his appeals are done and then let him set in there for the rest of his time.
