Ward: Coeur d’Alene Progress? Meh

Jeff Ward (to DFO): This is a big county and the vast majority of our citizens live outside the half-mile radius around your office on Northwest Blvd. The “Great Leap Forward” you herald from the “progressive” government in Coeur d’Alene may look good from your lofty perch at the S-R towers but us little people don’t see it that way out here in the neighborhoods and the sticks. I don’t purport to speak for the voters. They will speak for themselves on election day as they have in previous elections and I don’t think you will like what they have to say.
