Spokane County Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich will seek federal charges against a repeat offender arrested by detectives this morning on charges of possessing methamphetamine today, marking the man’s 39th arrest in Washington state.

Mark Bush, 38, and Crystal Peterson, 30, were accused of possessing about 11 ounces of meth valued at $13,000 to $19,000, the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. They intended to deal the meth, investigators believe.
