High Noon: Cat on my shoulder

Milo does not travel well. He has shredded cardboard carriers and done unspeakable things inside sturdier plastic crates. Those unspeakable things then leaked out all over the car seat.

Last month he had to go to the vet to have his teeth cleaned. I asked Derek to drive us, thinking I could soothe Milo. No dice. He sat perched on my shoulder like a terrified parrot, the entire trip.
