• 8:24 a.m. Deputy says one lane can stay open near downed tree/power line @ Ramsey/H53.
• 8:15 a.m. Traffic lights are completely out @ H53/H41; traffic risking crashes trying to cross.
• 8:13 a.m. Tree has fallen on power lines @ 16467 Ramsey, north of H53 intersection; power lines holding tree up. Fire and smoke coming from tree. He considers situation “significant hazard.”
