Free County Fair Tickets Available

In this Spokesman-Review file photo, Cody Street from Rimbey, Alberta runs from his mount, Smoke Screen, during the bull riding event at the PRCA Rodeo at the North Idaho Fair.

Aug. 21-25. 2013 theme is “Everything Under the Sun.” The Fair offers family fun and entertainment, with live music, carnival rides and games, food vendors, arts and crafts, livestock, contests and community exhibits. Demolition Derby, PRCA Rodeo, Draft Horse Shows, and Motocross competitions in the Grandstand. Gates open daily at 9 a.m. Buildings open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. You can read all about the fair here.

DFO: You can win two tickets to the North Idaho Fair — for Thursday (not good for other days) — by posting a comment in this thread why you’re deserving to get them. I have dozens of tickets to give away — and will accept almost any reason (as long as you’re able to swing by the CdA office to pick them up.)
