VA is government care

Given retired veteran Roy Eickmeyer’s comment (Aug. 22) that those who favor government-supported health care should leave the country, I wonder if he would take his own advice should he ever need medical care from the Veterans Administration. Last I checked, the VA offers government-supported health care.
