Question: Idaho law allows bicyclists to ride on sidewalk (unless specifically banned from doing so) as long as they give pedestrians the right of way and warn pedestrians and other bicyclists that they area about to pass them. Do you agree that bicyclists should be allowed on sidewalks given those conditions?
